Asset.url_custom_parameters not working

Hello,

I migrated sitelinks by following the steps below.
https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/extensions/assets/migrating-extensions

The settings are as follows.

campaign.tracking_url_template = {lpurl}?x={_as}
feed_item.url_custom_parameters = [{key=as, value=12345}]
asset.url_custom_parameters = [{key=as, value=12345}]


Before the migration, the URL when clicking the sitelink was [{lpurl}?x=12345].

But now it's [{lpurl}?x=].
asset.url_custom_parameters not applied.

How can this be resolved?

Can you share to us the following details below, for us to assist you further?

• loginCustomerId
• customer_id
• complete logs (request and response with request-id) showing the behavior
• Screenshot in the UI side that shows the returned incomplete value

Hi Aryeh,

Even now, asset-based sitelink's custom parameters are not inserted in tracking template variables.

Is this the correct behavior or a bug?

If it's a bug, will this be resolved by the automatic migration on October 20th?
