I have a development for a client and I need to deliver it.
With Facebook ads and Tiktok ads, obtaining access to production has been very simple. I don't understand why Google is so slow. I've been waiting for 1 month and my client is rushing me.

These are my data

• Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID : 904-417-4760

• Cases ID : No case Id

• Access level : Basic access
