Can we create a manager account through Google Ads API?

Creating manager accounts via Google Ads API is not yet supported in Google Ads API. However, our team has already raised this as a feature request, subject for review. All I can say is for now, kindly keep an eye on our blog post and to the Release Notes in Google Ads API for updates or announcements when it becomes available.
