Example code on capturing usage count

I understand that there's no web console to keep track of the operation/download usage.
Can you provide example on how we can programmatically get the info?

Hi, 

For requests to API services, the response contains the operations header, which is the number of operations performed in this request. You can log this value to keep track of the operations performed using a developer token. Each report request counts as a report download. You'll need to log the count of the report requests to keep track of the number of report downloads.
