Buy-To-Detail Rate Access in API

Hi, hoping someone can help with accessing the Buy-To-Detail Rate using the API (found in E-Commerce > Shopping Analytics > Product Performance)

I have spoken to account managers and Live chat but no one can help me or tell me if this is possible.
