Requesting convert basic access token to standard access token

I have submitted the "Google Ads API Standard Access Application" form 3 times over the course of 3 months.
https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/standard_token_application
But I don't have any news or feedback, there is no case id or way to check the request status, as any serious company would do.
It is very important for our business as one of our main customers requires a certain access fee and we are in risk of losing the customer.

Our MCC Id is 476-364-2293.

Please could you help us?

as I metioned there is not feedback neither Case id about form submiting.
