Hi. I know that wheather I have created the ad I can change only it's status, to change other fields I have to delete the old one and create a new one. But at this point how can I maintain the report fields (for example the number of clicks) of the old ad into the new ad. It's out of the logic that google lets us to change the number of clicks for the already created ad, but can you tell me is there any way for defining the number of clicks during the ad's creation.

Hi,

You cannot set the number of clicks for an ad -- that is entirely managed by AdWords.

If it's important for you to logically group the various versions of an ad together, you might consider applying labels to those ads. See our Labels Guide for more information.

Thanks,
