AdGroupAdService not getting adgroup in given daterange

hi API team, 

we are retrieving  adgroups from API using AdGroupAdService and daterange, but it seems that specific one adgroup(which was previously created) is not listing in response from API, but when we get data with specific id of that particular adgroups it return that adgroups data,

Could you send over the complete SOAP request and response logs for this get request? Please note that the dateRange field in the selector is applicable only for the report download service and is ignored for all other services. The AdGroupAds which match your selector will be returned in the response for the AdGroupAdService.get() request. Please use Reply privately to author when responding.
