For your question “How to Generate Weekly estimates with different bidding type ?” could you confirm if you are referring to below UI page where weekly estimates with different bidding type seen?

Go to the Ads UI - create campaign -> select goal that includes display - > standard display - > try entering budget bid type etc

If the above UI is not what you are tryubg to pull it, and to know if there is a service that you can use to get information that you are looking for, would you be able to provide the screenshot of the whole UI? You can provide it via Reply privately to author option.

Upon checking, I'm afraid that weekly estimates are still not supported with the Google Ads API. However, we have already created a feature request for this. For now, what we can suggest is that you follow our blog post at <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/search/label/adwords_api> for updates and new releases.
