Create BasicUserList with previous users in it

Hi, 

I just created a BasicUserList with a specific conversion tracker but noticed that the list is empty on creation. 

The conversion tracker has >1000 previous hits. Is it somehow possible to add them to the list, or do I have to create a RuleBasedUserList and use the prepopulationStatus field?

Hmm. Actually it looks like I can't use a RuleBasedUserList as it in the docs look like you can't use it with conversion trackers.. 

So looks like I'm out of luck?

Hi Sebastian,

When you created the BasicUserList, had you provided the id field of the conversion tracker as stated in this section of the guide? A sample code is also given in the same section. For your reference, this section of guide will give you the audience types you can construct. The RuleBasedUserList is based on rules applied to the parameter values of your remarketing tag for non-conversions actions. Please note that pre-populating existing users is for Display Remarketing only as stated in this section of Help Center. 

However, in order to confirm if it is possible via UI, I would recommend to check with the Google Ads product team via the Help link available on the top right of your Google Ads account or post it on the Advertiser Community Forum so that the product experts there can provide pointers.
