I must be miss-understanding the API but I am witnessing an example of a .get request to the ManageCustomerService with a valid customerID that is simply returning NO entries:

```
<soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><soap:Header><ns2:ResponseHeader xmlns:ns2="https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/mcm/v201702" xmlns="https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201702"><requestId>00055f0deb004bc00ac133d35e07e557</requestId><serviceName>ManagedCustomerService</serviceName><methodName>get</methodName><operations>1</operations><responseTime>120</responseTime></ns2:ResponseHeader></soap:Header><soap:Body><ns2:getResponse xmlns="https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201702" xmlns:ns2="https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/mcm/v201702"><ns2:rval><totalNumEntries>0</totalNumEntries><Page.Type>ManagedCustomerPage</Page.Type></ns2:rval></ns2:getResponse></soap:Body></soap:Envelope> ```
I expected to at least see one result with the customerID used in the header for the request itself.  This customerId  was received via a .getCustomers call on the CustomerService which I believe is the recommended method for obtain it.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
Thanks,
-Paul
