Thank you for providing the requested screenshot. I work with Carmela and allow me to assist you here.

Upon checking the Google Ads UI that you provided, I can see that the equivalent field that you can use here is the explorer_auto_optimizer_setting of the AdGroupService.MutateAdGroups. Let me know if you have any further questions.
