AdWords Weather Script

Hi, 

I have followed all the steps in this article: https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts/docs/solutions/weather-based-campaign-management

However, when I preview I get the error message "Invalid argument: url (line 551)". I have tried several versions of the spreadsheet, including the short version but it doesn't work. 

What can I do?
