Google Basic API Token Approval Issues

Hey Google Team, 

Our team and developer have applied for a Google Basic API token a couple of times, however it has been months with no response on the status of our API token. Is there something we are doing wrong when submitting our application? Please let me know what the best way to resolve and get this token approved is.

Additionally, please provide the Case ID to the Compliance team if there is any generated on your end when you submit the application and the Google Ads manager account (MCC) ID of the account you requested for basic access. This is so that the Compliance team can further assist you with your concern.
