Need a developer

I need a developer familiar with the Google API feed to assist with connecting to various 3rd party platforms to pull data.

I want to update various items in Adwords with this data.  Ideally would like to create new ads, update price extensions, update callouts.  

Not sure what I can or can't update so need someone versed in this that can guide me of what we can do.
