Some data not present in "DISPLAY_KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT" or "KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT"

Hi,

I'm using the report: "KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT". I noticed that some campaigns are not present. They are present when I use "CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT". I noticed that the ones that are not present are from the display network (although others from display networks are present). I saw in the forum to use the report: "DISPLAY_KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT", but even then they are still not present in there.

Does anyone know what might be happening?

Hi Camilla,

Could you provide your clientCustomerId so I can take a look? Have you set the includeZeroImpressions header to true? If this header is omitted or is set to false, zero impression rows are not returned in the report response. Could you also provide the report definition you are using to download the Keywords Performance Report? Please use Reply privately to author when sending private information.

Those missing campaigns, do you know anything parculiar about them?
Just a guess, could those campaigns be video campaigns?

The particularity I found is that it's happening only with Display Network campaigns but only with some of them. I've couldn't find anything peculiar only in the missing ones.

Hi Shwetha,

This is similar to the issue I am seeing, I am running the DISPLAY_KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT and campaigns are not showing up but it shows up in the AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.

Another issue I am seeing is the the DISPLAY_KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT show more data for the adwords UI for the same account.

Please let me know what is the cause of these discrepancies

Hi Sauvik,

The Display Keyword Performance Report includes Display network and YouTube network statistics aggregated at the keyword level. This report is mapped to the data available in Display Keywords inner tab available in the Display Network tab in the UI. This report is a multiple attribution report and should not be aggregated together since impressions and clicks could get double counted. The Ad Performance Report on the other hand provides statistics aggregated at the Ad level. Could you provide the report definitions you used for both Display Keyword Performance Report and Ad Performance Report along with the clientCustomerId so I can take a look?
