InvoiceService - getAdjustmentsXXXXAmountMicros always returns zero

Hi -

As the headline suggests, getAdjustmentsXXXXtotalAmountMicros methods do not return anything meaningful. They always return zero, even when there are adjustments visible on the detailed cost reports (downloaded via the UI) for the selected month.

I assume this must be a bug, since the getAdjustmentsXXXXAmountMicros methods returns the correct information.
