Unable to see Adwords API center option

I have registered google adwords test account, Inside this account unable to see Adwords API Center Option. So please help me

Hi,

The AdWords API Center will only appear in your production (non-test) MCC. Only production accounts can have a developer token.

If you have not done so already, please create a production MCC and register for API access under that account. While you are waiting for approval for the developer token for that account you can use that developer token to issue API requests for accounts under your test MCC. See the sign up guide and test accounts guide for details.
