Request acceleration on Google ads api application

Hello,

I submitted an application for Google Ads API Token (Basic Access) in about 2 weeks ago and I have not received any update yet. I submitted an update request and still no reply. We are Google ads unicorn client and we need Google ads API access to build up dashboard.

Is it possible to receive an update on the application from the Google Ads API Compliance team? Thank you.
