Accessing Geo targets in C#

I am looking to store the geo targets available in CSV file https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/data/geotargets. 

I am looking for a sample implementation using google-ads-dotnet SDK or any other suitable official SDK also what kind of authentication required.

The data which I am looking(Geo targets) is a public information and not tied with any account. so any rest API will also work instead of using any SDK.
