You could use the Final Url Report which will aggregate the stats at the final Url.
There isn't a direct way to combine the stats of Final Url Report to the Ad as the report does not give Ad identities. You could use the Ad Performance Report to get the stats of the Ad. My suggestion is to post this question on the Advertisers community forum so that the experts there can also take a look.
Data with that granularity might not be possible in Final URL Report. You will be able to get the data for a specific day using date. The attribute HourOfDay is supported for the reports specified here.
