Unfortunately, it is currently not supported to download field names in Japanese in AdWords API. You may follow our blog for any upcoming features and updates.

Thank you very much for your support.

I understand I cannot get the fields in Japanese.

But is it possible to get the data in Japanese ?

For example from the "CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT" table,

I get the value "enabled" (in English) for the "CampaignStatus" attribute but can I get the value "有効" instead (enabled in Japanese) ?

Unfortunately, it is also currently not possible to get values in Japanese in AdWords API reports. You may reach out to the Google Ads Product team via the ? icon -> Get help link to verify if this is possible via the Google Ads UI.
