Hi I'm getting this error and it's not going away.

After reviewing your concern, I understand that you are encountering the "INTERNAL_ERROR" while using the Google Ads API. 

Please be informed that the 'v13' is deprecated from June 7, 2023 and will sunset by the end of January 2024. The deprecated version is a version that is not the latest one. Once a new version is released, all previous versions will be marked deprecated. So, I would suggest you upgrade to 'v15'. You may check this documentation on Deprecation and sunset for more information.

In order to assist you further, please provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.

Since you are using the PHP client library, if you haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable it by referring to this guide PHP,
