Hi,
How can I get all product partition statistics in the CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT?
We get the following fields : CampaignId, CampaignStatus, CampaignName, AdGroupId, AdGroupStatus, AdGroupName, Id, Status, CriteriaDestinationUrl, CriteriaType, DisplayName, AdNetworkType1, AdNetworkType2, AveragePosition, Clicks, Cost, Date, Device, Impressions, QualityScore, Slot
We use predicates CriteriaType NOT IN KEYWORD
We use dateRange with custom date

Exemple for :
- 2015/09/07 : we can not get the product partition "Everything else in 'All products'"
- 2015/09/04 : we get the product partition "Everything else in 'All products'" but some product partitions are missing.

Thanks

Hello,

You could use the PRODUCT_PARTITION_REPORT which gives shopping campaign statistics aggregated at the product partition level. The CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT does not provide statistics aggregated at the product partition levelPlease check out our PRODUCT_PARTITION_REPORT documentation for more details.

Cheers,
Umesh, AdWords API Team.

Hi,

we found a similar issue with criteria performance report in shopping campaigns. For instance for September 2015, the metrics in the CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT match what is shown in AdWords in the Product Partitions tab. For July, however, the report only has a fraction of the entries which are visible in AdWords (e.g. sum of impressions in report is about 800 while in AdWords the sum of impressions is more than 80,000). The suggested PRODUCT_PARTITION_REPORT  is not really an option here. According to the docs it provides metrics for the _current_ product partition tree. We need, however, the metrics associated with the biddable objects that were actually used in the past.

So why do report data in the past differs that much from AdWords and howe could we work around that issue in our particular situation?

Thanks for your support!

Best regards,
Christian
