It has been 7 weeks since I submitted my request to Google Ads, and unfortunately, I haven't received any updates yet. It seems I may not have received a case ID for my request. Is there a possibility that I need to resubmit my request?

Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 705-246-3212
Case ID: N/A
Access Level: Basic access
