Basic Level access API application taking over a month

Hi Google ADs team,

We have submitted application for Basic Level access to the API here: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/access-levels

However, its been over a month without any update. 

Is there currently a backlog? And if so can we have an ETA on when to expect a response?
