Change History Data Mismatched with UI

Hi,

I was using customersyncservice to get the change history data.

For most of the accounts I am monitoring those data are matching but one of the account has so many difference there for changed objects.

I was getting 3000+ changed object but under the UI it is showing only 125 changes for same date range.

Why there is more changes shows in the API?

Does UI only shows changes done by logged in User?

Or API is providing data based on All changes?

I am not able to see option to see Reply Privately 

I am getting Message "You don't have permission to reply to the author in this group"
