Could you confirm if you are uploading a sheet / file using the UI? If yes, then I would recommend that you reach out instead to the Google Ads Product support team via this
help center link, as they should be more equipped in providing support for issues encountered when performing file uploads in the Google Ads UI.
However, if you are performing these uploads and encountered the errors while using the
Google Ads API, you may provide our team with the complete
request and
response logs, and the
request-id, so we can investigate further.
You may then send the requested information via the
Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our
googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
