Issue with Missing Account Data in LSA API accountReports Endpoint

Dear Google Local Services API Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

We are currently using the `accountReports` endpoint to retrieve performance reports for our managed accounts. While the majority of accounts return data as expected, we have encountered an issue where the following accounts are not being returned in the API response:

- '4025308352'
- '5190296784'
- '2171430596'
- '7365301870'

We are using the following endpoint to query the reports:

https://localservices.googleapis.com/v1/accountReports:search


Despite following the correct format and parameters, the accounts listed above do not appear in the response. We have verified that these accounts exist and should have valid report data. However, no data is returned when querying these specific accounts.

We kindly request your assistance in investigating this issue to understand why these accounts are not being returned and if there's any additional configuration or a known limitation that we should be aware of.
