Bind AD accounts to MCC ids

Hi I have two MCC IDs for the advertising account. One is the MCC ID with admin permission, and the other is the MCC ID with ordinary permission. I want to change the MCC ID with ordinary permission to the MCC ID with admin permission, and change the MCC ID with admin permission to the MCC ID with ordinary permission. Is there API support?

That being said, changing MCC permissions does not appear to be included. So our team can take a closer look, is the changing of MCC admin permission a feature that is currently supported in the Google Ads UI?
