Request for Basic Access Status to the Google Ads API

About five days ago, I filled out the form to request basic access to the Google Ads API for my project and have yet to receive an update on the status of my request. I understand that these processes take time, but I would like to verify if there are any problems or if additional information is required from me to proceed.

Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my application or provide me with steps to take to expedite the review process?
