How long will it take to get basic API access to Adwords?

Hi! 

At the 25th of March we sent in the application for upgrading our test token to a basic access token in google adwords API center. 

We got a Google contact getting back to us asking for some extra information at 31st of March and confirmed that everything was received and that the person in question will get back again in shortly. 

It's now been about a week since we received that email and still haven't heard anything back (even though we've followed up). 

So to the question - how long are we expect to be waiting? As far as I've understood the process should be quite fast as soon as you have provided all the relevant information about what parts of the API you're using and for what purpose.
