Is it possible to Bid adjust in keywords in google adwords console?

Is it possible to Bid adjust in keywords in google adwords console? What I mean is in the UI

Hi,

Since your question appears to involve the AdWords UI and not the AdWords API, you may post your concern on the AdWords Community Forum for further assistance.

In the AdWords API's perspective, you can update your bids using the AdGroupCriterionService for those keywords you created at the ad group level. You can refer to this guide for more information.
