Unable to connect to google ads account

Hi, I am trying to connect to google ads account using oauth credentials but its giving this error - 

google.auth.exceptions.RefreshError: ('unauthorized_client: Unauthorized', {'error': 'unauthorized_client', 'error_description': 'Unauthorized'})

I have followed every step mentioned in the authorization guide (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/oauth/overview) but still it isn't resolved -
