How long will it take until the IP exclusions setting is reflected?

Hello.

If I set up block IPs to a my campaign, how long will it take until the setting is reflected?

We currently do not have information as to the exact time it takes for it to take effect. It may only take several minutes. Also, since your question is more of a product related concern, you can get in touch with the product experts by posting in the AdWords Community Forum for further assistance.
