Hello team, 
We are using the Google Ad-words api for sending Offline Conversion to Google Ad-words accounts. For that we are using the GCLID that is added to the landing page by enabling auto-tagging. 

If we talk about custom click tracking (for instance, a third-party click measurement system). How we can use this type of tracking. If we use this type of tracking, auto tagging will work or not. (Gclid will be there or not with custom click tracking.)

Please let us know will parallel tracking will make some effect on our system.

Hello Dharam, 

Parallel Tracking is a feature in AdWords where the tracking is performed in the background for advertisers using the third party tracking systems. The custom click tracking are the tracking systems that use third party tracking or in-house tracking which can use the {gclid} value track parameter by appending them to the Final URL or enabling the auto-tagging will automatically append this parameter to the URL. Please refer to the FAQs and our click tracking guide as a reference.
