Not able to get developer token

hello , 
In my google ad words dashboard. i am not able to find developer token even though i have admin rights .Please help!!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I see that you're trying to get your API token for your account. The account you provided to us in the screenshot is actually a customer account, and doesn't have an associated API token. API tokens are granted to manager accounts only. Could I ask you to follow this sign up guide? This is where you can create a Google Ads Manager Account. Once you've created this manager account, you will be able to find the API token by going into "Tools and Settings" > "Setup" > "API Center". Let me know if you have further questions.
