How to set campaign goals as custome goals through google ads api

I can't get Custom goals

SELECT campaign_conversion_goal.resource_name, campaign_conversion_goal.category, customer.resource_name FROM campaign_conversion_goal

I can get Custom goals through custom_conversion_goal, but resource_name cannot be used to modify campaign goals

Please help me  thanks a lot!
