What does ASSET_GROUP_DOES_NOT_EXIST_UNDER_THIS_CUSTOMER error mean?

Hi, hope you're doing well!

but I am getting an error:

The asset group ID that I am passing is for this customer and I fetched it from the asset_group resource

What does this error: ASSET_GROUP_DOES_NOT_EXIST_UNDER_THIS_CUSTOMER mean & how do I resolve this error?

Based on the information provided, I understand that you are encountering ASSET_GROUP_DOES_NOT_EXIST_UNDER_THIS_CUSTOMER error while generating the preview URL from the Google Ads API. The logs which you provided don't include the customer ID and the asset_group ID. So, I would request you to send those details along with the complete API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request header) generated at your end to further assist you better. 

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

Hello,

The team is not able to reproduce this error, and believes it may have been a one-time issue. If you have a more recent reproduction, please include a new request ID so I can prove that it's still occurring and they can take another look.
