data about suspended accounts

Dear All,

I have aquestion here.
Is there any possibility to extract the "suspended accounts" status?
I looked for a solution in "type PolicyTopicEntry" to see if there was a possibility, but there is only "UNKNOWN", "PROHIBITED", and "LIMITED".

Hi Ted,

Based on the link you provided, the PolicyTopicEntry is on ad level and does not return account suspension status. The "suspended account" status cannot be retrieved currently via the AdWords API. You can only see it via the AdWords UI by logging in to your AdWords manager account, and you can see alerts about suspended accounts. And if you select a suspended account, you can see the reason for suspension on a red banner in the home page.

Is it still a fact that we cannot check if an account is "suspended" via AdWords API?

Hi,

I'm afraid retrieving the account status is still not supported in the API. I'm not able to comment on if and when this feature will be available through the API. For any updates on new features of the API, you may follow our blog post.

Hello!

Can we check if an account is "suspended" via Ads BETA API? Is there any other way to recognize that an account has payment issues?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, you cannot check the status of accounts via the API or check if the account has payment issues. The only way to check on the status of these accounts is through the UI. Let me know if you have any questions.
