Search Impression Share and Gender

I can see in the Adwords Interface it is possible to get reports showing Search Impression Share By Gender (see image)

However, in the API if I try to use the Gender view (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v14/gender_view_query_builder) there is no option to add Search Impression Share.

Is there any way to get this via the API?

After reviewing your concern, I understand that you want to retrieve the search impression share for gender view. I would like to inform you that this feature is not yet supported via Google Ads API. However, we have raised a feature request for this to be available in Google Ads API, subject for review. Kindly note that I am unable to comment on any timelines for its exposure. With that being said, I would recommend you to follow our blog post and release notes for announcements about new API releases and features.
