Applied to basic access over a month and a half ago and have not heard back, what can I do?

It's fine if you don't have the case 2 id and thank you for providing us the MCC id. Let me hand over this to the Compliance team.

@Compliance Team. The user provided us with the MCC ID used to apply for basic access. They are unable to provide the case id as they didn't got one when they applied for Developer Token. Please see the details below.
