A way to create a Google Ads APP using JavaScript?

Hi All,

I'm a hobbyist programmer.

Just wondering if there is a way to create an app that communicates with Google Ads using JavaScript skills?

I'd really like to create an app that excludes some IP's based on certain conditions.

Unfortunately, It's not possible via Google Ads scripts and I'd have to do it via API.

Any advice?
