Daily cost differences

Hello, I need your help to understand why I have differences at the end of the month regarding my Google Ads accounts. I keep a manual record every day where I extract the costs from the previous day through Google Ads and record it in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. And when I perform a reconciliation between both documents, they always have differences. Why does this happen?
