Custom Audience Member based on MADID

Hi there,
I am creating custom audience which should target dynamic user_list. I want to create user list based on MADID. I gone through this (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/rest/reference/rest/v14/CustomAudience#CustomAudienceMemberType:~:text=com.google.example.-,CustomAudienceMemberType,-Enum%20containing%20possible) document. In this document, there isn't any option to create user list based on mobile device id. Please suggest how I can target audience based on MADID.

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you are looking for guidance for creating the user list based on targeting the mobile device ID. I would recommend you to first create a customer list with the UserListService. Customer lists are created by setting the crm_based_user_list field on the user_list object. I would recommend you to kindly refer to the "Create a customer list" documentation for more information. Kindly note that the mobile device IDs cannot be combined with any other types of customer data. ​You need to specify the app_id property and set upload_key_type to MOBILE_ADVERTISING_ID prior to using a user list for customer matching with mobile device IDs.
