Ratelimiter Extension

Hi,

I am trying to make use of this Ratelimiter extension https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/tree/master/extensions/adwords_rate_limiter
The examples shown in the "Basic Usage" mention CampaignService and ReportDownloader, is it only limited to that two services?
Or does it handle rateexceeded issue for CustomerService and ManagedCustomerService too?

Hi,

Based from the Basic Usage section of the RateLimiter Extension, AdWordsServicesWithRateLimiter object could be used like a normal AdWordsServices object and it would automatically handle rate limit errors. Having said that, technically, all supported API services, such as CustomerService and ManagedCustomerService, that could be invoked using the AdWordsServices should also be supported via the AdWordsServicesWithRateLimiter object.

Also, no restrictions or limitations specified for the RateLimiter Extension as per blog post.

However, your queries are more specific to the RateLimiter Extension usage than with the AdWords API. It would be best that you double check with the Client Library team as they are more equipped to answer you accurately.
