Get CAMPAIGN_LOCATION_TARGET unable to get results from a specific campaign ID

this is the result for a specific campaign id this campaign name is Display

I have investigated it seems like one of the location found as stated below has this "--" that causes the selector to return error. I am sure this data does not came from us, but from the adwords api.
