In Market and Affinity Audiences Question

I'm trying to get information using the Ads API on what in-market, detailed demographics, and affinity audiences are applied to my campaigns and ad groups.

Using the CampaignCriterion and AdGroupCriterion resources, I have obtained the Criterion IDs for these interests, however, I can't find what interests these actually correspond to. The UserInterest and CustomInterest resources do not seem to be helping? For example, the user interests IDs go up to 90000 or so (which allows me to see the interest themselves), but my Criterion ID is "295548274934."

Can you help with where I should be looking?

Could you confirm if you're seeing these criteria Ids for all the targeting criteria? Could you please share the sample request and response logs which illustrates this use case? You can share the details privately via Reply privately to author option.
