AdGroup Status and Approval Status

Hi, 

We've been having issues with a number of our ads. When fetching the states of the ad we get the following:

"ParsedApprovalStatus": "APPROVED"
} 

We're still not sure how, but it seems that the ad within the ad group were deleted. That mystery aside, the AdGroupStatus says DISABLED when it shows ENABLED on Google Ads Platform. Additionally, the CombinedApprovalStatus says APPROVED which is quite confusing given that the ad is gone. We could really use some clarity on this please!

Sorry fairly new to Google groups, but I'm not sure I follow by 'report definition' and how would I go about sending you that through a private reply.

Hi Taha,

In order to reply privately, you can click on the 3 dot icon next to Reply all to find the option. If this option is grayed out for you, you can email us at googleadsa...@google.com.

The report definition is the report query you called. This will include all of the fields you selected, the report type, any conditions and the date range. You can send the report definition in either the XML or AWQL format.
