FIELD_HAS_SUBFIELDS Error

Hello, I want to delete the "UrlCustomParameters" that I added to the ad. But as a result of my attempts, I encounter the error "The field mask updated a field with subfields". Thank you for your help in advance

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Since you have encountered FieldMaskError.FIELD_HAS_SUBFIELDS, this means that fields with subfields may be cleared, but not updated. To fix this, the field mask should select all the subfields of the invalid field.
If you still persist with error, you may provide us complete API logs privately (request and response with request-id ) so that our team can check better.
You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
